My name is Mitchel Delan Decker, and I’ve had the privilege of managing LXG the No. 1 music group in Sierra Leone for the past 10 years. From the very beginning, I’ve been alongside the group—helping shape their career, supporting their growth, and celebrating the milestones with them. I was there for their first international tour in Sydney, Australia, and I helped organize their first National Stadium show in 2016, followed by another in 2018.
I’ve also stood with them through some unforgettable moments, like the release of their biggest hit, Cheram, and when they were nominated at the Africa MTV Base Awards in 2015. What makes me proud isn’t just the big stages or awards, but watching how far the group has come from those early days to becoming one of Sierra Leone’s biggest acts. At the heart of it all, I’m committed to LXG’s journey—past, present, and future—and I’m excited to keep pushing with them as their manager.
